I have an Asus Strix-f x470 for more than a year running with with 2600x at stock setting without any issue until this May.
Not a hard core gamer, but I use to play Quake champion & there was no issues earlier. Not sure, how it happened but suddenly the game starts stuttering;( no settings were changed )
tried different tweaks in Windows 10 & didnt help out. Later, i decided to change the existing GPU (1060) & check with my frnds card & didnt helped out(same issue with the Game).
Couldn't able to find the root cause, tried different benchmarks
> GPU ( furmark,superposition.....all were rendering and giving good result comparable to online)
> CPU ( Prime95 ... test passed & i dont think CPU issue)
> RAM ( Both MemTest86 & Windows tested, all fine) (16GB, 3200MHz GSkills )
? PSU is ok, ( minimum i get is 4.96V & 11.97V ) during the test / benchmark
The MB is updated with latest bios version, i suspect the Chipset might have an issue to get sync with USB input &
with graphics data / cpu input. Any input here would be helpful.
Thanks.
