Okay, well I put the stock heatsink back and my load temps are about the same if not slightly lower. I am using hwinfo64 and core temp to monitor. So I guess I need to replace the h100i then.

Try a couple other things first:

1: Go into bios and set CPU fan header to full on. This is assuming you have the pump plugged into CPU1 fan header
2: Try running the pump on a case fan mobo header or a direct line from PSU

I think it's safe to assume the culprit here is indeed the H100i. It should give lower temps, not higher than the stock heatsink.

I would RMA the cooler
