X360: Better Replay Value?

I just got my Xbox360 and I'm loving it. I only have Madden so far and want to pick up Project Gotham Racing or Call of Duty tomorrow. I'm not sure which one to get. I like both shooters/racing games. I'm probably going to go online once in a while with it but not all the time. I hear they are both great games. For those of you that have them, what do you think?

If you want the best hand to hand combat game ever created then you must play criminal condemned but the game lacks a story line but it has the best "ondemned's impressive graphics and bone-crushing hand-to-hand combat sequences make for a visceral, highly atmospheric experience that's quite unlike anything you've ever played before" I loved the game for that alone

Project Gotham Racing is like a show case demo of XBOX 360... It not the coolest racing game on the market or the best but it show cases what the xbox 360 can do with the game running on one core + GPU. Its basically the best looking racing game on the market.

This should be one of the best fighting game ever created and comes out arround christmas and should be must own for almost all xbox 360 owners : )

PGR3. COD2 is wayyyy too short, I beat it on the PC in 2 days.

Both have online play so replayability is near infinite.

As mentioned in another thread Condemned is awesome, I wish PDZ had graphics like it.

PDZ reminds me of old Xbox1 graphics.

The online in COD2 is awful - 8 players ffs!!

PGR3 all the way - For me the longetivity is all in the online play... in fact I wouldnt consider any game that doesnt have a good multiplayer... single players bore the ass off me.

(Exception made for condemned though it was great but bought it knowing if I could finish it within 10 days I could return it and swap for something else )
