That is WAY too much.
+1 too much voltage, also too much heat under a small foot print.
Also how are you keeping that under control? @ 1.5Vcore my water has a hard time racing the temps.
I'm not sure I know exactly what you mean by +1 too much voltage? I do lots of video encoding which utilizes all cores and have been running my 9300 at those settings for a couple of months without a problem and have never seen my temps go over 60C. I keep my house around 74F.
