x300 vs. GMA900

I was wondering how much of an improvement in gaming performance a notebook with a 64MB or 128MB ATI x300 would have over a notebook with just Intel's integrated GMA900. I've read that both can't play new games like HL2 well, but I usually only play older games like KOTOR and Battlefield 1942.

By the way, isn't Yonah supposed to include much improved integrated graphics?
 
x300 would be better than the GMA900 for sure. Yonah is a dual core pentium-m..it has nothing to do with graphics itself..maybe the motherboard for it will have some sort of improved integrated graphics, but I haven't heard anything about it..
