X3 Phenom - Windows update

I read somewhere a couple of days ago, that to get the full utilization of the X3 processors you have to install a certain update/patch from microsoft, because they dont natively support processors with an odd number of cores.

Anyone knows this in detail? Its windows XP pro edititon.

Only hotfix I'm aware of is this one for Windows Vista:

Hmm. Sounds like no hotfix is needed then for AMD X3s.
