X2 Vs Opteron Dual Core

Other than the obvious OC benefit is there anything else that would make an opteron 175 more desireable than the X2?

I think all optys are 1MB cache per core so 2MB cache total. but the X2 comes with 512/1M per core.

overclock is the MAIN difference.
