X2 processors on Win2K

Hi,
I have an X2 machine running on windows 2000SP4. Both cores are see and provide good multitasking capability. The question I have is - Am I missing something by not going to Win XP/XP-pro ?? Is it worth the upgrate.

No. I have a dual-boot to XP, but I use win2k for work. No problem.
