Where do i get that x2 hotfix from microsoft and how do you apply it? id just read one of the thread and it said somethen about editing the registry
 
its funny how i have dual core probs with games... when i dont play my games for a long time... now my css crashes when i dont set affinity. im going to install the microsoft fix
 
Seems CS:S is the only game or appl. I have any problems with, (without HotFix) so I just set affinity for Steam, after it launches, which, when starting CS:S, it defaults to the same core as Steam. EZ 'nuff, I don't feel the need for the MS "fix".
Can't wait for the XBox 360 service pack to come out........ LOL
