My X2 runs certain games at abnormal speeds.

Some include

Counterstrike (original)

Some games like FarCry run abnormally on the X2's until you assign them a core affinity. Try starting the game, alt-tabbing to the desktop, ctrl-alt-del to bring up the task manager, find the exe under processes, right click on the processes, select "set Affinity", and then deselect one of the cores. From my experience there?s no benefit picking one core to run the game on over the other.

Unfortunately you will have to do this for every application that runs at abnormal speeds, but I haven't found too many that do.

yeah alot of more "taxing" games are supposed to run fine...

halflife, doom, etc all are supposed to be fine

weird that slower less demanding games gets messed up
