X2 939 and memory usage

I can't help but notice that with my 3500+ I was always @332meg of physical memory usage and now that I cahnged to a X2 3800+ I am only at 217. I swear that is all I changed. On a side note WOW do these OC great my MB sucks FBS has always been limited to 260~270 area Asus A8V Deluxe. At stock V This puppy will do 2.6
