it can still mess up ... :p

but then yours is PCIe, right ... according to some, it is much less demanding than the AGP versions ... and if your is a "quality" PS you can squeak by ... and these guys are running plenty of PS, anyway, so it may be a 'bad batch' ... like the first Sapphire AGP x1950ps

probably built on a Friday ... and the workers were celebrating the weekend early

I had the same problem; my X1950PRO would crash after playing any game after about 5 minutes. If you set AtiTool to control the fan speed, and keep it at or near 65C, you should cut out the crashes entirely.

yes i am trying to do that but it still crashes after i while, mine is set to 100%on above 60c but i still get crashes
