X1950 XTX ?

Any idea why it's so cheap ? When all the other ones on there are still over $400. And this is even the Crossfire Edition.
 
Yes I have been really tempted to pick this one up , but hard to do when the GTS 320 beats it in most benches and the 2900xt is around the corner.
