x1900xt problem

i recently started up Planetside after a LONG break and i had some problems that have never occured before. Almost all of the walls in game dissapear and i can see through them, and in the caves the walls AND floors dissapear making it nearly impossible to navigate. I also kill myself a whole lot because i will see and enemy, fire off a rocket, and it will hit the wall i standing right next to but did not realize was there.

I would rather not roll back my drivers because of lost performance in newer games but if it is the ONLY fix then i guess i ocould do that.

If anyone has this problem and knows a fix let me know.

*EDIT* oh yeah i am aware of the dual core problem this game has. i have set the power scheme to Always On and even tried setting the game to run on only run core via the affinity setting. Helps a little but still have basically the same problem.

I tried planet side awhile back when the first started having that free thing. I had the same issues wish walls and alot of other textures. I would say try a 5.xx drive and see if that helps its almost certinaly a driver problem.

anyone have a solution that doesnt requir a driver rollback though? i really would rather not do that.
