So I've had my HIS 1900XT card for a good month and up until now havn't had many problems after installing it. But lately I've been getting this problem where my monitor kinda shuts off or "goes blank" while I'm playing games and the only way I can get the display back is by Remote Desktoping to it from another computer. Somehow after logging on to it through RDP it refreshs the screen and it comes back on at the Window login screen (since connecting to it through RDP logs the current user off).
I have OC'd this card, but stopped using my OC profile once I started coming across this problem more often. I have also upgraded to the newest Omega drivers and no apparent problems during installation. Since I only use this computer for gaming and video editing I can't think of any program I've installed on it recently that would do this, so I was thinking the next step would be to try a system restore.
Has anyone came across this problem before or have an idea how best to approach troubleshooting it? Thanks in advanced.
