x1900xt Issue.. please help

I'm having what I believe to be a fairly odd issue.

In a nutshell: When running 1280x1024 with my Sapphire X1900xt there are very small diagonal rolling lines. The rolling is visible in games and the desktop alike. Some colors make it show up better than others. (Mainly darker grays/browns)

In Detail:
System:
MoBo: ASRock 939Dual-SATA2
CPU: Athlon 64 X2 3800
PSU: Thermaltake 480W
Monitor: Samsung SyncMaster 730B

Upgraded from a 9800pro AGP card to this X1900xt and noticed the issue almost right away in WWII Online. So I proceeded to throubleshoot and found that the rolling is only visible at 1280x1024, and that that is the only related thing. Tried several other games and even at the Windows desktop and Applications the rolling is always visible to a certain extent.

I tried both 60hz refresh and 70hz and the rolling is still visible.

Next I tried a different Monitor and a different PSU and neither made any difference in what I am seeing.

I can't seem to find any documented cases that are similar to this, not sure what to do or if I simply got a bad card. Thanks for any help.

full 24pin and I can't get a capture of it it doesn't make the screenshot. Working on getting a picture taken of it with a digital camera tho.

Using a Digital Camera did not work out.. can't see the effect in the pictures.

Just tried with Analog (VGA).

Edit:
..And I don't get the odd rolling effect when I use the analog.. anyone have any ideas?
