x1900xt - Have a white "outline" while playing games?

This is an odd question- I have a 1900xt running on a viewsonic 1680x1050 monitor

In many games on the left side of the screen and top is a white line about 1 pixel thick. Its not a monitor issue - on my second pc it happens here and there on older games (i have an x850xt with 19 in crt)

i believe it happens when i bump up the fsaa

heh I hope i am able to describe it ok- anyone know of a fix?

This actually happens occasionally in WoW as well, I've never seen it in any other games. The border pixel isn't white though, it's generally the dominating color on the screen. This occurs on both the X1800XT and X1900XTX as well.
