Well I saw one on newegg going for 135 shipped. Thought it might be a good deal.

Unless you want to wait til spring next year for midrange DX10 cards, and not wanting to spend atleast 400 dollars (a 8800GTS AR going for that price) then i suggest you go buy it.
Early DX10 games wont be DX10 only. DX9 games will still be the majority. The transistion from DX9 to DX10 might take a little while jsut like DX8--> DX9.
What is your current budget?
Also noting that there is no more X1900GTs produced. It is replaced by the X1950pro which performs similiarly while giving the user a better cooling solution, cooler card (sinces its based on the RV570 core i.e 80nm smaller die size) and enhanced crossfire solution e.g the dongle is gone, and you get Crossfire connectors.

#1: Accelero X2
#2: Better than GS, just a little under the GT
#3: If you can get the HIS from newegg the pipes will unlock. I can pm you the techpowerup link once I find it again.

Cookie the x1900gt also has the dongle-less CF. The only problem with the x1950pro's is that there's no chance of unlocking them to x1900xt status.
