X11 forwarding issue (program specific) - nevermind (not fixed...)

I'm running a desktop with Fedora 16 and trying to run a program over ssh, but when I try to open it (via cygwin), it gives me "X Server Error Can't Open Connection to Window Server" or a "BadFont" error (usually related to OpenGlyph). The program opens fine though when I open it locally on my Fedora box. And other programs open okay as well.

I think it's related to the fonts that are allowed to be forwarded, but I'm not sure (this program, nmrDraw, required specific x11 fonts to be installed before it would work locally).

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Edit:
I don't think it's a problem with my setup. It's probably a problem with the program itself, as I tried to ssh from my fedora box into another fedora box (so they both have the program installed) and it also would not open over ssh. It seemed to give a different error message, but I feel like if I fix the first one (with the fonts), I'm just opening up another can of worms and it isn't really a big deal if it won't work over ssh.

Yes. It just seems to be a problem with nmrDraw. Other programs work just fine with ssh forwarding between Windows (Cygwin) and the host (Fedora) or between Fedora and the host. It's not a big deal if I can't get it to easily work.
