x1 PCI Express TV Tuner/Capture Cards

I think there's two cards on the market so far with TV tuner and/ot video capture. I know one is a Powercolor ATI Theater 550 Pro card. I know there's another one out, but I can't remember who makes it, or it's model name. Can anyone help me? Maybe we should start a defininate online update list as new x1, x2, or x4 PCI Express multimedia cards are announced and released!

Lifeview have presented two, one is double DVBT/analog plus FM, the other is a DVBS/DVBT/analog/FM quad.
Avermedia have presented one recently.
