Parents were left scrambling to cover their children's eyes after the trailer for X-rated film Nymphomaniac was accidentally shown in a Florida cinema.

The family audience were gearing up to watch the animated Disney film Frozen, but were instead flooded sex scenes from Lars von Trier's explicit new film.

'It seemed like forever when you’re trying to, you know, cover a little guy’s eyes,' audience member Lynn Green told Fox News. 'I didn’t have enough hands to cover his ears too and he got the sound down real good.'

They basically said all "below the belt" shots during sex scenes were of the "doubles" - they'd film the actual sex scene with doubles, then film the simu-sex scene with the actors, and made a composite after.
