X-Men Apocalypse is a real stinker

Days of Future Past was fantastic. This one has largely the same cast and director, but is worse all around. Heavier, Apocalypse is like Don Corleone, and it seems like They just didn't want to do the body paint thing again so they used a stunt double for Jennifer Lawrence's scenes.

What gives here?

It was fine, nothing great, didn't expect greatness though....but i do think we have reached super hero movie 'peak' a couple of movies ago...it's pretty much downhill now with the occasional good movie.

Yup, with the overwhelming amount of superhero movies & series in production right now studios will be over saturating their market in the next couple years imho. Wonder what the next big thing will be.

Same. I liked it a lot. A couple of clunky parts, but overall I really enjoyed it.

It was way too long and I thought the villain was really weak. I was also a little confused because in DoFP, Wolverine shows that everything turned out alright for the old X-Men. Doesn't that mean nobody can die now?
