X-Initiative - ATi's yield troubles, connection maybe?

I know it says this is on the 0.11 micron scale but it might be on the 0.9 also.

Maybe this could be why ATi are having troubles or the rumour of it having troubles producing the right yields?

Thats very interesting indeed. Not sure how applicable this is to ATi's yeild issue. More than likely I would imageine its related to leakage and not this.
