I want to take a single MP3 file which has 4 songs on it and make it into 4 indexed songs on an audio cd that will play on any normal cd player, not just cd players that will play mp3's. Can anyone help me?

And before you jump on me for stealing music... I don't. Hence the reason I don't know how to do this.

For anyone interested, when you buy the new Liz Phair cd and stick it in your computer, it takes you to a secure website and lets you download 4 more songs that are not on the album. They obviously want you to be able to burn it because they even give you cover art to print and put in the jewel case.

Now that I've properly defended myself, can anyone help me to do this?

Some CD-burning software can convert MP3 to WAV for you when you choose a "CD Audio" project. Otherwise you'll need to convert from MP3 to WAV yourself then split the WAV into 4. Hmm, your jukebox software might have conversion options in it (I know foobar2000 does).

I never do this since I'm always going the other direction (CD to FLAC files) so hopefully someone else will have a more useful answer.
