Hmm, you tried walking around in crypts with 2xAA on and it looked normal? What about turning on AA through Catalyst and not through the game?

i only tried in-game AA ... it maxes at 2xAA ... and it looked normal

i will try forcing 4x in the CP tonight and see what happens ... since i am doing a final comparison of Hg:L and The Witcher for my Vista "showdown' benchmarking, i will also try it on both Vista 64 and Vista 32.
[i am uninstalling Vista 64 in a couple of days].
