Question X-99 MB suggestion

Hi,
I am thinking about building inexpensive LAB machine.
More CPU/Core more merrier
I have come across X-99 MB from Chinese market.
I saw JGINYUE X99 MB Jginyue <-- Link maybe dual Socket ?
I would like to pair up with Intel Xeon E 2697 V4 CPU.
Did any one have used it ? Any thoughts ?
I never used that brand so this is newer territory for me, I would welcome is someone can share their experience..
