Question X-99 MB suggestion

Hi,
I am thinking about building inexpensive LAB machine.
More CPU/Core more merrier 🙂
I have come across X-99 MB from Chinese market.
I saw JGINYUE X99 MB Jginyue <-- Link maybe dual Socket ?
I would like to pair up with Intel Xeon E 2697 V4 CPU.
Did any one have used it ? Any thoughts ?
I never used that brand so this is newer territory for me, I would welcome is someone can share their experience..
Thanks in advance.

Usually they ship non-server chipset paired with 2011 socket. It works, but don't expect miracles from BIOS.

X99 is really not that expensive nowadays. Look for something from upper range of ASUS as it should support ECC ...

My requirements are following
ATX or ETX
More then 4 memory sockets
Non ECC and ECC memory
TPM capabilities
EUFI Bios
Nice to have a SAS storage Connections
English Manual.
I am not sure what else I should look for
Mir 😀

OK, that is nice, but we both have access to internet ...

There are two main vendors to look at: asus and asrock.
Gigabyte is passable, but avoid msi boards. Some have SAS, etc. but why bother?
The point of going x79/x99 is to have 40 pcie lanes (besides quad ram channels).
If you have money (and by your wish list I suppose you do), buy modern peripheral.
There is enough b/w and horsepower available ...

Thanks, I would like to have a an active conversation, perhaps it may gives me an idea, which I may not have thought about it.
The reason I want SAS, because I have noticed SAS storage devices are dirt cheap compare to SATA drives.
I am making a LAB, so storage, Memory, Cpu core comes in a play, I can launch lot of environment simultaneously.
I have noticed Dual Socket CPU MB have Intel C612 as X99 is not common ? But for Single Socket MB they are bunch.
I have also come across, Some MB vendor requires to use ECC and non ECC will not work.
Thanks for letting me know Gigabyte, Asrock are in a play

I am set on CPU
it would be E5-2699V4
MB should able to take DDR4 not DDR3, it would be nice, if it can take NON-ECC memory.
Memory: DDR4 2100 Mhz (Nice to have EXX)
MB should be ATX not E-ATX or bigger
MB should have or capable of TPM 2.0
BIOS should be Secure Bios UEFI.
Nice to have a built in Graphic port.

Fatality pro has ecc, even rdimm ecc support.
As for sas, just buy a new card - you have plenty of lanes. Anyway, why would you run modern disks on a 12 year old controller?

Edit:
It has TPM header and you can buy the TPM chip (cca 20$), bios is uefi.
No graphic port for x99 I think ...

Asrock has even higher end boards, so take your pick.

supermicro X9DAL but they are going to be hard to source now, and they are mostly dual socket boards.
But nothing and i mean nothing beats a supermicro board in durability and longevity.

It might even be cheaper for you to source an off service first or second gen EPYC, like a 7000 series.
