Color me impressed, but I'm extremely satisified with the purchase and experience of this company.

Their website says:

Tried calling them a minute ago but I guess they went home 15 mins early. Slag just got his, so I'm doubting it will take more than 2 weeks for mine, being on the opposite coast.

I placed my order Saturday night, standard shipping. It shipped Monday, and is scheduled to be delivered later today (Wednesday).

eh i'm not too sad for them, they never really had much selection. nor did they ever have prices that made them stand out. i always webt to jab-tech, sidewinder, and PPCs...

Do they ship big orders fedex or ups? I ordered on the 12th and still haven't seen any tracking info. As i've heard so many ppl already got there stuff, I'm hoping it will just arrive at my parents house today.

My 3 cases and box of case fans and other smaller things did indeed arrive today, from UPS. Everything looked amazing! But the little usb door on one of the cases wasn't on right and came off once touched. But two of my cases came with psu's, and was only expecting one, so huge plus! Didn't dive in to see what kind of psu it was, but 3 great looking cases, and two psu's for less then $60 is pretty much awesome.

I ordered sometime around the 10th through 12th (don't remember exact date). I never got tracking info, but the stuff did show up on my doorstep today.

I called up today and they said my order placed on 9/12 will be SHIPPED out of the warehouse on the 25th. I can understand that they have been swamped, but all I ordered was 1 case and a HSF... $193. I'll give it 1 more week.

I've ordered 250mm fan (no leds), 2x80mm, 92mm and a fan controller... 2x80mm were canceled and refunded, 250mm came with blue leds instead of no leds, 250mm actually is only 220mm... So far not so great experience

You can use the Reference number that came in the Order Confirmation e-mail to track your order on the UPS site.

Go to the UPS site, and select Track by Reference.

Your reference number will be: XO0000######
(Note: the first two characters are 'XO' as in XOxide, followed by four zeroes, and then the 6 digit reference number in your Order Confirmation e-mail.)


I placed two separate orders.

The second order (for a single case) shipped quickly, and I got an e-mail tracking notice. It arrived the other day, in great shape and as advertised.

I still haven't received a tracking number for my first order, but I was able to use the Reference number to verify that three packages shipped to my zipcode on 9/17, with a scheduled delivery date of 9/24.

The first order was for two cases, and a big pile of stuff to get to the $100 free shipping, so they probably put it off until the sale was over.

I did receive an e-mail on Saturday telling me that my six-pack of Brawndo was out of stock. (It's Got Electrolytes!!) So, I had an idea that my order was being fulfilled. To their credit, they issued me a refund for the items they could not ship.

It sounds like the new owner is eDimensional (the maker of "3D" headsets).

Xoxide's entire business was up for sale, and if you don't like reading the thread above, I did it for you. The new owners had the old Xoxide owners restore an old version of the site so it didn't look like they were still having a fire sale. They said they have experience in distribution and manufacturing.
