I just got the signup script fixed. www.nothotmail.org working again. We aren't advertising overtly, we'd like to keep it with the computer saavy for now.

Actually no "they" don't have a case because our site is fair use and copyright. And you don't necessarily need a disclaimer on a site becuase they are essentially bogus and have been struck down in court already. No, not all of the links work on the site right this moment. We've been more busy doing the important things.. the site is now permanantly hosted on a T3 for instance.

Hey, Im no lawyer but Im pretty sure thats BS. You are capitalizing on their name, for #1. The domain name's value and importance is based solely on hotmail's name.

Yea, right. Thats why your site design copies hotmail's and you spoof "MSN" with "NMSM", right?

No, not really. To begin sic are are not trying to harm Microsoft in any way shape or form

That doesnt matter. If I shoot someone, but "didnt mean to", does that absolve me of any and all liability? No.

However we hope to make money from the site through t-shirts or some sort of valuable e-mail service.

4. Where can I buy Nothot mail related products?

Hopefully soon. We will have a storefront up this summer provided we are getting good traffic and feedback.

If you start making money off this site you can bet your ass microsoft will come after you. I could see them ignoring you for running it free, but hand your ass over if you start trying to make money off it that way.
