Hey all,
I tried to order from foxstore.com, experienced the WORST customer service I've ever dealt with (as in, not a single reply to any of my 3 emails), and would like to send someone a complaint letter. I havent found an actual snail mail address on the site (or phone number for that matter), a whois lookup yields
and, finally, this is the text of the "about us" page:
combine all that with a site that took ALL my credit info before informing me that my coupon was no good and I am NOT happy.
anyways, the only thing i havent tried yet is checking out fox.com for an address, but im not positive (how) they are affiliated. any help would be appreciated...
thanks.
ps-i know how much you all love reading complaint notes, so I promise to post mine when it's done
