WWII games

So does anyone have the number of WWII games that have been released in the past few years? what about the past 2 years?

I swear every time i look for new games there's a new WWII game out.

There have been quite a few, but more frustratingly for someone such as myself who hates that swords+dragons+orcs+magic BS that seems to be permeating the game industry at the moment, every time I look for an RTS all I can find is Lord of the Rings or the Total War series or Rise of Nations.

Seriously, I'm sick of people whining about the number of WWII games being released when it pales in comparison to the number of lame D&D bullcrap games being released these days.

Having said that, I'm free to NOT BUY these games so I really don't have much to whine about, especially with Company of Heroes and Supreme Commander about to blow away all of the crap on the strategy market at the moment.

Total War and the AoE series have all been real world based, on various time periods (including in the most recent AoE game a lot more guns than previously). Not D&D crap.
Not quite sure how LoTR and Total War/RoN are related, or how the latter are related to D&D stuff.
Warhammer 40k Dawn of War has orks, but it's set in the future without swords and magic.

I don't mean all of them are D&D style but they're all boring swords and bows and arrows crap. Dawn of War actually does have plenty of swords and magic. I was recently looking for a new RTS and after getting frustrated at the lack of quality strategy games that fit the kind of setting I enjoy I gave in and bought Dawn of War. It certainly is a fun game but I still hate the fantasy crap in it. The story is predictable and the worst thing is the dialogue - why does every fantasy character have to talk in those stupid artificially deep voices or slither their tongues or other crap like that? It's annoying and makes the characters unbelievable when the actors expend too much effort on needlessly distorting their voices instead of focussing on quality voice acting.

What do you expect them to make?!?! Theyre gonna make a Cold War simulator that allows you to watch the Cuban Missle Crisis! Wow it seems so fun... all you do is click! WWII was the last large scale war that we've had for a long time.
