WWF Tag Team: Billy and Chuck!!!

Im struggling to work out why they are using this angle - the GrandMaster Sexay and Scotty 2 Hotty one got canned - why use it with these two???

do u think it's really a song that's been around? or just some promo thing they did just for wwf themes?
 
Its a WWF inhouse produced theme. Their "stylist" who debuted tonight is former OVW wrestler Rico Constantino who is actual a pretty decent wrestler, just too bad he got stuck in that gimmick
 
I hate that tag team. As good a wrestler as Billy Gunn is, I don't see what's so good about those two together.
 
Big Valbowski (Val's new name) is suppose to be a Rude copy. These guys are patterned after the Ambigously Gay Duo from Saturday Night live. Rico will be a copy of Rick Martel

oh yeah...wtf was the deal with jeff hardy tonight? he was wearing Frucking underwear on his face...at first i thought it was a mask or something but even the king pointed out that jeff was wearing like a jockstrap
