This is really starting to piss me off...my family had a hospital bill we were legally fighting with the insurance company about and the bill went to collections of course and unfortunately since I have the same name as my father they keep calling my cell phone. I was the one who received service from the hospital but since apparently the collections department can't freaking read who the insurance policy is under I'm getting the damn calls even after I explained to them in no uncertain terms that I used to be a dependent under the policy and I'm not on my father's insurance and all payment would have to be arranged through my mother or father NOT ME.
Well now the bill has been paid as of Thursday last week. They've called 3 times already today demanding payment. I've calmly explained myself again that you need to talk to my parents, NOT me and that the bill was paid last week....
Seriously if they call again I'm threatening with a lawyer....:| :| :| :| :|
