The kid shouldn't even be expected to testify for the creep to get everything that is coming to him.

He kills the mom and stepdad, molests and kills the brother, molests the girl and forces her with her brother... Not only that, he was caught red handed. There should be no need to have her tesify.

i dont think child molestors should be given the death penalty. Their crimes are heinous that a quick and painless death doesnt do them justice. They should be put to prison for life where they can get "taken care of properly" by the other inmates

QFT. Normally I'd be all for executing him but cases like these deserve harsher punishment.

I don't want to pay to keep this sick bastard alive for the next few decades. I also don't want to spend even more than that on endless death-penalty appeals.
