Woke up to 6 inches of snow here in KC. The weather says another inch of snow at least. Pretty odd for KC. Hope everyones travels are safe today.

Supposed to get 3-5 by the end of the night here. Lucky me, I get to drive 5 hours to my parents house in it tonight for the holidays.

Where are you bunker? They are saying 1-3" for the Clarkston area.

Overland Park here..

already built a snowman this morning

When I came out later, it looks like someone pee on it. 🙁

We're on the northern edge of the storm, so it looks like we'll end up with an inch or two of slush. 🙁

80% chance of snow here in Springfield, IL. The Weather.com map shows a HUGE white mass headed this way.

HAHAHAHAHA. Awesome. A friend of mine moved down there this last summer. The other day we were chatting and I said "Nope no show here yet, but its cold as fvck (MN)" He said "It was like 60 here, HAHA".

Sweet, I have to fly out later today.

KC weather forecasters are the worst

yesterday they were saying it would be a dusting/flurries and mostly south/east of KC

i live east of KC, almost in Warrensburg and as i drove into KC today, it got WORSE the closer i got to the city

there is 6-7 inches in the parking lot here at work, there was maybe 1-2 inches at my house

if anybody wants a mediocre career where you don't really have to do anything right, become a meteorologist and work in KC

66 degrees here in atlanta... wearing jeans and a polo it's shirt

it's rained for the past 3 days straight though... im really sick of it... I wanna ride my murdercycle

Once this transition blows over, it should be a lot calmer. I HATE temp convertions, they blow like crazy here.

i think So Cal has to have the WORST . . . .
Saturday night they were saying a SLIGHT CHANCE of precipitation . . . .
Sunday morning we got a foot a snow at 3,000' (hi desert) and an inch of rain in Palm Springs (a record). 😛

however, it's nice and sunny today . . . ~70 F . . . . 🙂
(of course, snow's still in the mountains where it BELONGS)

Yup, forgot to put the jeep in the garage last night, took 30mins just to dig it out this morning.. I would say we got 7-8" where I am in KC (OP)

Yeah, I69 is supposed to get hit.

I'm glad it's moving northeast....hopefully we won't get hit too bad at all. People here have to drive in snow every single year, and yet act like they've lived in Miami their whole life when we get 1 inch on the roads....... (St. Louis)

yeah, the roads weren't that bad as they are still warm (it hasn't been below freezing) but there were at least a dozen cars off the road in the 40 miles i drive
