WTH seti server down ?

Can't connect to up- or download results. :| Or is it just me ?

An outage notice was posted on the main Seti@home page last week for today. It was scheduled to last ~ 2 hours.

It has, of course been a tad longer that that, plus the usual mad rust of traffic that happens after an outage.
The servers should be back to more or less normal by tomorrow.

I've been have problems connecting for a lot longer than 2 hrs.

Well, I guess this is just another reason why you should have a cache or use one of the TeAm's seti servers 🙂

Looks like things are moving again. I'm flushing slowly but surely on about 50 systems. Gonna watch them tonight and make sure they keep transmitting to make sure everything gets cleared out.

I guess smokes queue is flooded atm from this? my results thus far are about 1/2 what I'd expect.
