Made sense to me, that evolution is a mix of fitness and chance, not just fitness which was the Darwinian approach if I remember correctly.

There is ABSOLUTELY no "proof" of this moon landing. It seems REASONABLE that it occured (my reason for belief is that the Russians believe it . . . as to "trusting" our Government . . . they have proven themselves capable of the most outrageous deceit).

The statement was, "Just because an organism is genetically suited for and environment, doesnt mean it will evolve". What does this mean?
1. An organism suited to its environment wont change?
or
2. An organism suited to its environment may not come into being
or...
A little clarity would help.

my 8th grade sci teacher:

He used the word "interpolate" constantly...I doubt he knew what it meant.

He made us measure out ONE LITER of water using MEDICINE DROPPERS. Because we had to "experience a whole liter." AND, we had to wear GOGGLES, because water is DANGEROUS.

The list goes on and on...but that's all i can bear to remember
