I know in my state it's 16, and others have 18

Seems like a hoax, especially the testimonials

13 & 14, isn't it time for those states to change the law?

[add] It is 18-19 for most provinces in Canada, and 16 required parents/court consent, and I think Quebec is the only province that still stuck at 14 for consent.
