http://www.liutilities.com/products/wintaskspro/processlibrary/userinit/

"userinit.exe is a key process in the Windows operating system. On boot-up it manages the different start up sequences needed,"

then...

"Note: userinit.exe is a process which is registered as a trojan. This Trojan allows attackers to access your computer from remote locations, stealing passwords, Internet banking and personal data. This process is a security risk and should be removed from your system."

WTF

Determining whether this process is a virus or a legitimate Windows process depends on the directory location it executes or runs from in WinTasks.

quick google search:
Every attempt has been made to ensure the information about userinit.exe is accurate but alot of malware applications try to pose as valid applications.

Go to bed kid.

if its run as "system" its valid or some other system user, if its run as a user then its probably not a part of the system
