okay, just checked Yahoo. Apparently there IS an Aids day. I too thought there was just an Aids Awareness Month.

In any case, this calls for me to revaluate my friends/social circle.

This guy never wishes me Happy Birthday, Merry Christmas, or a Happy New Year.

But, he wishes me a "HAPPY AIDS DAY" ?

i don't wish to make this thread any longer, as far as i'm concerned it can end here, i was just confuzed and thought it was a bizarre message so wasn't sure what to make of it.

For my part, I hope the doctors, researchers, and health institutions make major strides in the upcoming year into battling this disease. Truth be told, I do'nt know a single person (that i'm aware of) that has AIDS, let alone been infected with the HIV virus. I do, however, understand that it sucks big time so here's to hoping they find a cure.
