.100 is usually the first dhcp address handed out by linksys and other routers, if left in the default configuration.
Do you have any other computers there?
That looks like another PC on the net, and it may be infected with some BS.
The other alternative is kaspersky successfully repelled typical windows computer behavior over the LAN😛
Windows machines are quite chatty as shipped, and always looking for others to network with🙂
