I've been seeing commercials for this movie for the past two months... especially on TNT or USA, whichever one of those channels that was running reruns of National Treasure. They also showed sneak peeks from the sequel.

But I must say, Nick Cage looks like pure crap in the sequel. That fucked up haircut and dark hair make him look like creepy pedo.

I thought Nicolas Cage in Lord of War and National Treasure the original was "interesting" but maybe it's because I don't have much expectation for these type of movies anymore.

I think Nicolas Cage is a good actor, but I have no opinion about this.

I actually like the first one. I thought it was going to be stupid, so I never watched it in the theater and avoided it on regular TV when it was shown on reruns.

Then one Saturday, there was nothing else on TV so I watched it. I was thoroughly entertained.

probably going to see this in the theaters. Enjoyed the first one and this one looks good.

Also my uncle was shot in about 6 scenes(no talking roles) so gotta go and see if he made the final cut or not :)

i think Nicholas Cage is a good actor. He was really good in Lord of War. Liked the first National Treasure also. But I dont think Im gonna go see this movie in the theaters. Saved it in my blockbuster queue already. The lead actress in these two movies is seriously hot though!

Saw it last night, fiancee loved the first so she paid for us to go to the midnight release. It was enjoyable, and entertaining - on par with the first one. I wouldn't say it was a great movie, but it was fun to watch and pretty much non-stop. They pretty much leave it open for a 3rd one, which is kinda frustrating with how they do it.

First one was great and I would watch it on cable every time it was on. Also, people hate on Nicolas Cage too much just because he's a B-actor in a star's body. Give the man a break, he's starred in some entertaining films, none of which should be taken seriously anyway.
