WTF> We have a few domains registered by Register.com and yet when I do a whois on network solution

I am given an option to buy the domain?
WTF?

I thought the idea of decentralising Network solutions was to provide competition, but also that NS would control the master DNS. In this case why is it that I have an option to buy the domain even though it pulls up the information?

If you click on the register button it will correct itself and say that the domain is not available.. simply a network solutions screw up.
