WTF? UPS Ground tracking "Billing Information Received" since 2/25

I ordered an electric shaver from Overstock.com. 3 days and it STILL says Billing Information Received?? It's supposed to be here by Monday. Shouldn't it have moved by now???

Don't blame UPS yet, billing information could also mean that they have gotten the paperwork from the company, but not actually gotten the package.

Yeah, that sometimes happens. It says billing info received and nothing else but then it is delivered on time. You might want to try the phone tracking. It seems like ups has several different databases for tracking. There is at least two different online systems and the phone system seems to be different also. The phone one is usually the most up to date.
