WTF: UPS/FedEx... how the hell do i estimate GROUND shipping?

UPS/FedEx, you know, that great AMERICAN company (not some shitty trollish newzealand company) I cant get a damn ground estimate, all they show is a damn 2nd day price, and i cant figure out where to get a ground estimate.

authorized ship center
