Sometimes it's ok to be mainstream. I like U2 although the album wasn't my favorite. It was better than any of the competition in most of the categories. If you want to talk about overrated, take a look at the "Best Alternative Music Album" category. Explain to me how that garbage white stripes album (I like the first, this one was absolute tripe) beat out Funeral, Guero, Plans, and You Could Have It So Much Better.

I was going to say that "Zooropa" was their worst, but then someone in this thread reminded me about "Pop." Bleccchh.

That said, their past 2 albums are pale imitations of their earlier stuff that people are just lapping up. Those people need to listen to "Under a Blood Red Sky" to hear how great they were.

Having watched it, it's not even worth ripping. Mary J Blige was awful and sang a vast majority of the lyrics, possibly out of key.
