This is a tiny company, another programmer and I basically keeps the company alive, so i don't worry about him getting rid of me now. but i won't know when he'll do the same to me. If i quit now he's fvcked. I'm gonna look for a new job and fvck him.

I worked for an evil bitch like that once. I basically stopped giving a crap about my work and started looking for another job. I know for a fact that they went through a bunch of employees in that position before me and probably a few since. Eventually upper management might get a clue and sack that evil fvck. God I fvcking hated her. I swear, if I read in the paper tomorrow that she died a horrible death I'd smile and chuckle about it.

Her idea of working with me to solve a problem was yanking all the data away from me and giving me an attitude while she tried to figure out the problem she created to begin with. There were times when I almost told her to fvck off and walked out the door.

Sucks too because I got along great with the CEO and the CFO. Might not have helped much that I made almost much as she did.
