Wtf, The Ring wasnt scary one bit

what the hell? did u guys really find this movie scary? It's more of a suspense movie then a horror flick. mebbe it's all the hype. mebbe i wasnt in the right state of mind or watching it in the right atmosphere. maybe the movie sucked.

Ok it's not scary as in boo a fuggin monster, but scary in suspenseful. He just had to ruin at the end though :|!!!!!!!!!!

I STILL haven't seen it but my roommates couldn't sleep well for a week. We also had to make sure that we didn't change to any channels with static.

i thought it was pretty scary. when i go to see scary flicks, i go in with the mindset that i want to be scared because that rush you get is a great feeling. i think i made myself jump at parts i wasn't supposed to haha

OK....Obviously up to this point no one has agreed with you on "Its not scary"
its actually a pretty good Movie that scared you a bit. Thats what movies do. They try to put you in a certain type of scenario to try to make it a little real. We all know its fake and not "real". but if you think about it alot of people think this was one of the most scarriest movies ever done. You may have that "I know its not real, therefore i dont care about what im watching" then come out of the theatre with a negative comment about the movie. Like blah.. that was a pos etc.... Try to enjoy a movie an "pretend". Did'nt you have a childhood?

i dunno, i've never seen a truely scary movie, maybe i'm jaded. i remember hearing that they had to cart peeps who fainted out of the exorcist way back when people were more sensitive i guess.

I think asian horror movies are tend to be more scary. Americanized horrors are just gore and demons and serial killers and michael jackson.

if the grown man sitting in front of me didn't squel like a little girl everytime, i woulda thought it was scarier.

I watched Signs at 1 AM and no one around, i thought it was scary. That damn footage from Brazil scared the crap outta me.
