WTF...the Israeli-Egyptian border in Google Maps

Its probably just that the prevailing winds are going from Egypt to Israel and the sand form the dunes in Egypt isn't blowing past the big fence that is probably there.

Also, if you want crazy colored water look at the southern end of the San Francisco bay.

Zoom in as far as you can. The color distinction isn't along the border, just near it. It looks liked they pictures of Israel were taken at a different time.

Also, some of the Egypt map seems to be in black and white.
