k wtf.. i sued nvmonitor to see temps but i dled smartguardian and its sayin g70 now.. and when i go back to nvmonitor it still says 70 so i touch the heatsink and its hardly even warm. WTFFfff
You most likely have your heatsink installed wrong; its not touching the CPU so the heat can't leave the CPU, meaning your HSF isn't hot but your CPU is. Take it off, remove the thermal interface material, put some AS5 on it, and reinstall it.
probably just a compatibility issue between the two programs, nothing to worry about. I have both of those programs and it doesnt' do that, but I can't understand how you made that happen. Did you open one of the programs first and then the other?
